Camping Coffee Maker
There are many people who actually cannot go on a camping trip because they feel they will not get enough coffee. However, there are certain models of coffee makers available that can be used on a camping trip. The percolator is one such machine as it can be put on a stove.
A percolator has been used as a camping coffee maker to make coffee outdoors for ages. There is no need of a power supply to use this kind of percolator. The designs of the outdoor percolators may have changed a little over the year the method has not. Usually a percolator is made up of plain metal or stainless steel and generally has an enamel finish in order to be able to stand any wear and tear, making it perfect for a camping trip. A percolator is available in all types of sizes, which means you can decide the amount of coffee you will need at a time when on a camping trip. Additionally, keep in mind that you could be carrying it for some time before you get to your camping spot in case it is a hiking trip you are going on.
Making coffee in a percolator is very easy - just put water in the percolator and coffee in the basket. Then place the coffee maker on a stove or any other heat source till water boils. The steam will start to come out of the tube via the basket with the coffee grounds. After that it will dissipate back to the bottom of the percolator and will boil again and will through the same route again. All you need to do is keep looking at the glass top to ensure the correct strength of the coffee.
The Moka pot is the arguably the best camping coffee maker. There are three parts of a moka pot, where the bottom part the holds the cold water, the middle ring, which holds the coffee grounds, and the top part to collect the brew at the end of the coffee making process. The moka pot then needs to be put on a heat source till the water comes to boil. The steam will go through the middle ring and the brew will collect in the top part.
One other way of making coffee while camping, is by using a coffee press. With a coffee press, a glass pitcher is available. In this pitcher, coffee ground is placed at the bottom. Pour the boiling water in the pitcher over the ground coffee. Let the brew reach appropriate strength and then press the plunger to pour the brew, leaving the ground coffee at the bottom of the pitcher.
For taking care of the camping coffee maker it is advisable that you properly wash the carafe, carafe lid, filter basket and coffee filter and grinder hopper and lid with warm and soapy water. Most of the camping coffee makers come with one year manufacturer's limited warranty.

Capresso C1500
This espresso machine/coffee center is lauded by most users and reviewers alike - and I should hope so with a price tag that usually runs around $600. If you have a passion for coffee, though, this might be just the machine you need, and would probably even work well in a small coffee house.
